Went to the Portland Japanese Garden this morning. A Japanese ambassador once said it’s the finest Japanese garden outside of Japan. I believe it and it’s going to be tough to make my property as nice. This Japanese garden is a masterpiece.

It’s on only 5.5 hilly acres but every inch is designed and groomed to within an inch of its life. The native Douglas firs, ferns, moss and other vegetation fit right in too.
