February 9, 2023 – Monte Sano State Park, AL

My dawgs and I are staying at a cabin in Monte Sano State Park for two nights. The park ran a buy-one-get-one night special so here we are. We did this last February too. The cabins and some other structures in the park were built during the 1930s by the CCC.

This morning we went on a three mile hike. We enjoyed it. Temperatures were in the mid 50s so it was kind of pleasant.
