Hola,

Flew to Bogota, Colombia today arriving at the decent hour of 7:30 PM. Thought the hotel would be reached fairly early but, no. The line at immigration was very long, maybe 150-200 people.

Got stamped in, found a taxi quickly and the 25 minute ride only cost 50,000 Colombian pesos or $13.

Staying in the Chapinero area, a fairly safe area with lots of little restaurants and stuff. This must be where all the cool kids hang out.

A lot of the restaurants were closed or about to close but found an open Mexican taqueria close by. Tacos pastor were very good.

Tomorrow I start a tour of Colombia with a small tour group. Been meaning to visit Colombia for a long time so glad to finally be here.
