Mike's Site

The tour drove to the famous Flaming Cliffs area in the Gobi today. This is where lots of dinosaur bones, fossilized eggs, even whole skeletons have been found. It’s the site where eggs were first found resulting in the realization that dinosaurs laid eggs and weren’t born like mammals. There is a museum displaying some of the finds and a theater showing a film about the exploration for the fossils. This place is a big deal.
