The Caribbean is full of flavorful food and dishes. The seafood is fresh and tasty with some fishes available never seen in the US, like barracuda and kingfish. At least, I’ve never seen those in the US.

Breakfast for the foodies: cibeles. See blurry photo of menu for ingredients. Came with a small, almost biscuit size piece of bread which was good for cleaning up all the salsa.
