The Caribbean is full of flavorful food and dishes. The seafood is fresh and tasty with some fishes available never seen in the US, like barracuda and kingfish. At least, I’ve never seen those in the US.

Found a local guide, named Marlon Brando, who took me by boat snorkeling near two beaches near Soufriere. Saw lots of different kinds of fishes and corals.
