York Minster is a huge cathedral. It has grown over its 1400 year history. Walking inside is like going in a museum. I spent an hour and a half in there. Do yourself a favor and visit it if you’re in Northern England. Cheers

Never heard of Dutch pancakes until today in York. Looked like pizza but the underlying crust was a big crepe. Very good. They had reggae playing. Kind of a relaxing lilt to it. Cheers

With my walk of the middle section of Hadrian’s Wall Path over, took the train from Hexham to York, a trip of an hour and a half. York’s history fills thick books. You’ve got Anglo Saxon, Norman, Viking and English threads of history here. But, the city was founded by the Romans in 71 AD.…
