On the south coast of Nova Scotia is Lunenburg, an UNESCO World Heritage site. The old town is preserved because of its original British grid layout and the old homes with their ornate architecture. Lunenburg is a pleasing place to look at and walk around. But, it is touristy. I can’t complain because I am a tourist.
Photos from a late afternoon walk in Lunenburg. The sailing ship, Bluenose II, is in harbor. This ship’s image is on the Canadian dime.
Cheers
